More yoga in Harlem! And a free event. Graceline Court, a new condo in Harlem, is offering cooking classes and yoga classes this Saturday, January 23rd.

• Cooking demonstrations and tastings by Whole Foods Market chefs, focusing on how to cook and eat healthy in the New Year
• Small-group yoga classes taught by expert instructors from Harlem Yoga Studio
• Light refreshments
• Tours of Graceline Court will be available upon request.

12:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Ongoing cooking demonstrations

12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 30-minute yoga classes each hour, followed by brief discussions on the benefits of practicing yoga. Reservation required as space is limited.  Please specify which class you would like to attend by emailing:  nicole@mediashoppr.com.
