Transliteration

This is so cool — Blogger will do Hindi transliterations of your text as you type. So if I type “Tadasana”, it will show it in Sanskrit like “तदासना”

Did that work?

That’s interesting! I don’t think that’s how tadasana is spelled however. In Sanskrit, at least, it’s तडासन – the second character is the cerebral da not the dental da. I just checked here (http://www.google.com/transliterate/indic/about_mappings_hi.html) and it looks like you’d have to type taDasana to get the correct result.
