OM yoga is a juicy blend of flowing yoga asanas informed by precise attention to alignment and supported by the relaxed wakefulness of Buddhist mindfulness meditation.
You can expect to make new friends, get inspired, develop strength and firm up nicely. Because of our focus on alignment, you will feel safe. Because of our focus on vinyasa, you'll get sweaty, coordinated and have fun. Because of our focus on mindfulness you will develop stability, clarity and curiosity.
Every teacher is OM yoga-certified, highly creative, competent and caring. We offer five practice rooms holding over 150 classes a week with daily basic beginner, intermediate, open-level and advanced classes, as well as restorative, prenatal, postnatal, core and OM yoga for Women Cancer Survivors. We also offer a globally recognized teacher training program, expert guest lecture series, potlucks, Knit-'N'-Sits, creative workshops, meditation classes, Buddhist studies and more.
Through all the growth and change of our independent studio (and the yoga world) that has happened since Cyndi Lee founded OM yoga over 12 years ago, one phrase - "How can I be helpful?" - still drives the behavior of all the teachers and staff. When you come here, you'll feel it.
