Yoga Effects offers 60 weekly Vinyasa classes that provide a vigorous workout at all five levels while emphasizing proper alignment and safety in a friendly, encouraging environment.
Vinyasa yoga is a flowing type of yoga that synchronizes breath with body movement. The style is fantastic for improving strength, endurance, and flexibility. In addition to the workout, Yoga Effects teachers incorporate movements and information that, for example, may increase endurance, strengthen the core, alleviate low back pain or asthma, improve a golf swing, or lower stress. We encourage students to request movements and breath work that may enhance their personal routines and address their specific needs.
Yoga Effects offers daily morning, midday and evening group classes at five levels from Beginner to Advanced. The studio is newly renovated with beautiful oak hardwood floors, 16-foot ceilings, changing rooms, and individual restrooms with showers. The studio has two large group classrooms as well as a private room.
